The pavilion was built 1960 as a florist shop (architect: Heinz Buff).
As one of the last of this kind the pavilion is a protected class listed building

Later modifications and conversions had a negative impact on the building and aesthetics
With the taking over in 2003 renovations were started.
sanitary facilities , heating, electricity, windows and interior works were completely renewed.
With regard to the aesthetic of the building some lavish solutions were realised.
Ventilation system, heating systems in floor and windows(!) avoid visible radiators.
Notably the floor made as mosaic from broken stone give a positive contribution to the ambience
